payment and cancellations or changes

• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.

• 48 hours notice is required to move or cancel a coaching appointment or a on-site consulting appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a full charge of the booked time.

• Coaching and training is to be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Consulting fees are due upon invoice.
