I'm an experienced leader, business coach, trainer and consultant with a passion for building successful organisations. I take a common sense approach to achieve sustainable and meaningful results.

Throughout my career, I've thrived in dynamic environments, driving rapid growth, navigating difficult economic periods, restructuring businesses, and spearheading major transformations.

Most recently, I have worked as Country General Manager at Lumify Group, leading their New Zealand operations and driving integration with the wider international group. Previously, I held leadership positions at Skills Consulting Group managing multiple acquired businesses, LPS, and The Simpl Group, achieving significant growth, staff retention, and strategic improvements.

I'm a collaborative and trusted leader who thrives on tackling challenging problems and coaching people to be their best.
